Add NineMSN to the list of media outlets who won't touch BBBA.
In an article today supporting Mikey to take over Kyle's Eviction Night hosting role, NineMSN rang Timmy for his comments, quoted TV Junior's blog, reprinted forum comments from the Official Site - the Official Site again!- and got Mikey's take from his blog.
What did BBBA get? A passing mention of the results of a poll on their forums. And not even a poll the "We're Watching" boys had the insight themselves to set up. Nup. It took a bored forumer to take that initiative.
There's a lesson here, guys.
Polls. Stick to polls. That way you've only got a + or - 3% chance of getting it all wrong.
As opposed to all the time.

Despite a confirmation of sorts at one or two other sites weeks ago - that BB will return with more changes in 2009 - BBBA is finally catching up on this news now and suggesting that it might not return but if it does there could be more changes (surprise, surprise).
Outdated, third hand information galore at BBBA this year!

Aside from any specifics i have noticed their site is extremely low on content. I used to frequent the site daily but frankly weekly is enough to pick up the one small article. What do we know about why they have slowed down so much this season? On the plus side at least Eye is catching all the people who have obviously given up on the site for any insight. I doubt anyone could argue that this years site is up to the same standard.
All their bragging at BBBA, anonymous, but yep, The Eye, BB Chaos, News Ltd and others all seem to be beating BBBA hands down in their own ways this year. I think this dull series has had some impact on the care factor and that's why less than the usual 5% of BBBA's total forum membership actually bothers with the laughing stock of a site now. They're all going back to the OS and to the others sites and new forums that seem to be expanding more and more. BBBA's days were over years ago and after another bad year this year the site will never recover. Even if they do have a bit of a comeback next year, the public will still laugh at them (as will the victims of BBBA's behaviour).

I think the site design at BBBA (one of their worst ever) is a factor in scaring people off. That, and the absurd behaviour in the forum.
Yes BBBA is dying. That's why they get more traffic than all those other sites you mentioned (except the OS) combined.

What traffic, anonymous? The people that go there once a week now, only to see outdated news from News Ltd (BBAA's main source of fourth hand information)? Perhaps you're talking about the over-inflated most online ever forum figure that no one believes? Gee, all those phantom guests, hey?
BBBA's traffic and forum useage is still less than 0.000001% of the OS, which BBBA thinks it's better than. BBBA is officially dead, no matter how much traffic it's getting. Those other sites offer quality over quantity any day. Idiot!

So BBBA is mostly just a forum, anonymous? The fact that only a few percent of the total membership use the forum makes it one of the smallest around. There are plenty of BB sections of TV and other forums that far outweigh BBBA's tiny little forum in sheer volume of posts per day from more members posting per day than anything BBBA can come up with. Anyone can create 10000 accounts and spend a few hours posting under different logins. Face it, BBBA offers nothing!
